Telephone and Skype Counselling
This is an option for those who are unable to attend face-to-face counselling, or would prefer not to have face-to-face counselling. Some people move abroad but prefer to keep their counsellor rather than seek a new one. Others are unable to leave home due to commitments they have that make it difficult to dedicate time away from the house each week.
The process is no different to face-to-face, we meet each week at an agreed time, the only difference would be we aren’t in the same room. It is advisable to find a quiet place in the house to speak on the phone or Skype where you won’t be interrupted or distracted so that you can engage in the process.
The sessions are 50/60 minutes long and payment is made via online banking.
